Care Plans

We understand the needs of each individual vary greatly.   Our goal at Agape Manor is to meet each resident’s needs while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity, privacy, respect, and individuality.  That’s why we go to great lengths to customize our care plans for each individual’s wants and needs.

Our Resident Care Director will meet with you and discuss the areas you’d like assistance with;

  • Medication management
  • Dressing
  • Incontinence care
  • Bathing
  • Special diets, and more

We will then design a care plan specific to your needs.

Assistance

  • Assistance with dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene tasks
  • Night-time preparation and night-time checks
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence
  • We accommodate a variety of dietary needs and preferences, including low fat, low sodium and diabetic

Housekeeping & Transportation

  • Housekeeping and laundry assistance
